Return/Exchanges
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase or gift. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or request a replacement for an item* within 30 days. However, please note returns are only accepted with prior approval. All returned merchandise, defective or non-defective, requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by One World Projects.
If an item is damaged, not as you expected or we have sent you the wrong item, please contact our customer service department at (585) 343-4490 or email us at customer-serv@oneworldprojects.com and we will work with you to exchange the original item, or issue a refund or replacement. When we hear from you, we will give you a RAN.

If you have requested a refund, upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will issue a credit to the card used for the original transaction, for the cost of the item including taxes. If you prefer, we will issue a refund check or credit your account. If the item was a gift, credit will be given as a One World Projects gift certificate. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged, we will work with you to replace it as quickly as possbile. We will be happy to replace any damaged item at no charge to you.
*Food items may only be returned in the case of damage, quality issues or packing errors. Please contact Customer Service for authorization or more information.
